City Fitness leased 17,000 square feet at a mixed-use development under construction at 2nd and Spring Garden streets in the Northern Liberties neighborhood of Philadelphia. The project is being developed by National Real Estate Development and KRE Group. The new City Fitness is scheduled to open in early 2024.
