definitely the strangest construction methods I've ever seen, you can see a ramp were the angled structural steel is, what about exterior foundation wall?
maybe they do it after, now they r pouring concrete on Q-deck on main flr, beside hollowcore.
my only thought is they are going to work going up and down at the same time.
So strange
