I love the height and density going in around Bayshore station!
I'm not sure why you wouldn't put the shorter tower on Woodridge (thought 3 storeys isn't going to make a huge difference.) It also seems like it would make more sense to have the parkspace on Woodridge, away from the highway traffic noise. Unless they plan to add a third tower in the future?
