Yeah, I've been wondering for awhile now when we'll start to see newer low-rise buildings start to pop. Camden Rainey's probably a great target because, as you say, you could fit multiple towers on that footprint.
I've been wondering about the Silicon Labs buildings since I moved here in 2016. They seem primed to go tall (unless there's a zoning limitation I'm unaware of).

Those sites can't go tall because of the can't throw shade on City Hall zoning.
