Went back and looked at it, and there’s no way they’re getting 1.5 msf at 345 Park (slightly more than double what they have now, at 720,000 sf). The building is full, and that would mean a major push to get tenants like KPMG, which has nearly as much space, elsewhere. KPMG was also seen as a potential tenant for this tower.
