Saw this while reviewing the brownfield redevelopment agenda for the meeting scheduled tomorrow -
Recommendation to approve an Option to Purchase Real Estate Agreement for the property at 125 E. North Street between BRA and Hollander Development Corporation.
Hollander was the developer of the Creamery Apartments on Portage Road. I wonder what they have in store for this parcel!
