Mr. Viking - You have to find camaraderie where you can these days. There was a bunch of us in high school and college that got cheap thrills from watching MP. We must be of similar age, I imagine.
As for this development, it is starting to grow on me, since it will add to the life on the public square.
Just took a walk around Maple Lane Annex (Ancaster), and saw the atrocity being built on the site of a school that was torn down some years ago. Deeee-humanizing!
