Love it. This area is really blowing up. Once the market opens and that trail goes in on the Bergstrom Spur, I fully expect this area to become the new hot spot in Austin. I would love to see the trail end up similar to the Beltline in Atlanta with restaurants, offices and housing all centered around this trail.
