I agree. Nice that Bells corners is getting a bit more density. Very walkable location with all the amenities one would need within a few hundred meters. It also has decent bus service.
Given how small the property is, they probably can't go much bigger, though it would be nice if they could acquire the neighbouring propery (30 Thorncliff Pl) and build something a bit bigger since most of the usual NIMBY concerns won't apply to this location.
