75 James has been moving at a decent pace.

I admit I haven't been downtown in a few weeks to check up on Cobalt, but last I saw it they were making decent progress on the 5th floor. The 5th floor has a larger double height space between the towers, which means the 5th and 6th floors will likely be fairly slow.

Once they get above those levels, Cobalt should fly though as then they are on to typical tower floors.


The reason this one feels so fast is because it only had a single level of underground. This saves an insane amount of time versus a project with 3 or 4 levels of underground parking. It's a lot less time driving piles, excavating, and getting to grade.
