A neighborhood is being proposed on the southern end of Marquette. The plans call for 60 to 70 townhouses and will use some prefabricated construction techniques to help offset cost and keep prices more affordable. Marquette, like many other places is having difficulties with affordable housing. The neighborhood would be called Hemlock Park.
