Your comparison example also highlights another
MASSIVE difference between Chicago and Atlanta.
Buckhead: 90,000 people / 24 sq. miles = 3,750 ppsm
Lincoln Park: 70,000 people / 3 sq. miles = 23,500 ppsm
To put that in perspective, here's Schaumburg:
Schaumburg: 79,000 people / 19 sq. miles = 4,150 ppsm
