I was gonna ask what the 'market is like in Chicago for this. Apparently it exists. I believe previously the PH at Old Town Park you mention was marketed as the most expensive rental in the city when it was built.
It's kinda bizarre to me though to have such an expensive rental in 369 W Grand and Old Town Park since both are pretty 'mid tier' buildings. I'd expect it to be in something like NEMA or One Bennet maybe.
