60-Story Bentley Residences Launches With Pools On Balconies & Car Elevators

Sales are now underway for the Bentley Residences tower, set to become the tallest residential building on a U.S. beachfront at 60 stories and 749 feet tall.

The developer has also revealed plans for a set of unique amenities, including balconies with pools.

Bentley Residences is planned to include 216 condo units, with prices starting at $4.2 million.

The tower will have car elevators, with residents able to drive directly to a multi-car garage in their private residence.

Every unit will also have its own private swimming pool on the balcony.

Other amenities will include built-in unit saunas and heated flooring, the developer said in a press release.

A 12,000 square foot sales gallery is opening this month.

Construction on the tower itself will begin in early 2023, with completion in 2026, according to the developer.
