JKRP's work is so frustratingly cheap. I guess they were able to bid higher because of lower construction costs or something. This project looks like the West Philly JKRP specials scaled up. It's not the worst thing I've ever seen, but it's the worst I can think of that's a high rise.

I know other people like this project, but I can't imagine this will look as good as the primitive rendering.
