Its kinda funny that all of our new towers (or most of them) are being built by out-of-state developers which I feel is the reason they look so much better than what we have gotten in the past by local developers (with the possible exception of the LDS Church).
Just look at the Astra Tower (Boston Developer) and the Main Street Apartments (Houston Developer).
Speaking of Astra, it appears the excavation is complete (its very shallow for a 40-story building) as no activity was going on there today.
