Just an idea of what Extell is seeking....first, the individual text amendment, that would be site specific (similar to what 270 and 175 Park got). Followed by the 3 special permits, for hotel use, mass transit bonus, and modifications to existing zoning (the biggest of which would probably be the base street wall height, and size of signage).
As for residential use, this graphic gives an idea of how little of it there is in the immediate area...
