Melo Applies For Construction Permit To Build 649-Foot Aria Reserve

In Edgewater, developer Melo Group has just applied for a construction permit to begin building the first of two towers at Aria Reserve.
Plans have not yet been attached to the permit, so review is not yet underway. The application was filed on December 17.
There will be 383 residential units in the first tower, the permit states.
Total hard construction cost for the first tower is estimated to be $296.3 million, according to the permit filing.
Melo is listed as the contractor.
