Just wanted to point out that East Ave is just popping right now. Vesper, Fairfield Inn, Cambria, and the new electrical substation are going great guns at the moment. Of course Natiivo and 44 East are just now finishing up. And I'm convinced the River St Residences aren't kicking off now because all the construction workers need a place to park.
