Augusta Street has long been a destination for those looking for a cool beverage on a charming patio. Located in the Corktown neighbourhood, just steps from Downtown Hamilton, Augusta Street is home to some of the most popular restaurants and pubs in the city. Not only does this street offer patrons and incredible vibe (and some of the city’s best live music) it’s location couldn’t be more ideal. A few blocks north, is the epicentre of Downtown Hamilton and a few blocks south, is St. Joseph’s Hospital and convenient access to Hamilton Mountain (Mohawk College & Hamilton Health Sciences’ West 5th Campus).

Currently under development, this project will be purpose built, with immense respect for the current landscape of the neigbourhood. When complete, this development will house 3 separate, 6 & 8 storey buildings with rental apartments, ground floor commercial space, underground parking and rooftop patios. Each building has been designed with a highly urban design focus, ensuring that they maximize density without diminishing the existing streetscape.
