It seems to me that a lot of downtown Phoenix projects go through constant design changes up until they actually break ground. I feel this is probably why we never get exact numbers or final renderings until they actually start construction.
With all the demand for towers in downtown these last few years, it's so odd it's still hard to find information, renderings, constructions cams, etc.. Phoenix should look to Tempe as a model for construction information. So frustrating!

I poked in to the Salt Lake City thread the other day and there was a post about Layton not doing any work on one project for like a year or something. I don't know what project it is, and I'm sure they're at the whim of the actual developer, but something about it didn't strike confidence in me for Central Station. Especially considering the delays we've already had.
Can someone post the most recent potential rendering for this? Or maybe continually update the first post of the thread with the newest rendering? I have zero clue what the most current plan is. I may update the Phoenix post in the main projects and construction subforum with it.
