That's going to be a huge tower for that neighborhood. Here's hoping that single level of mixed use that includes retail actually heavily favors the retail. Street level commercial should be a priority for this neighborhood. (I mean, hell, it should be a priority on every tower in the CBD as far as I'm concerned.)
