This is not a new proposal, but it has undergone revisions over the years. This highrise node, well north of downtown, has seen substantial intensification over the last 15 years, and much more is planned. An enormous development across the street from this one to the south (not shown in any of the renders below) has drawn quite a bit of controversy because of its scale.
