Yes, it is a good size proposal. I like the design. I'm sure the planning commission meeting will be packed with NIMBY's. The thing is, this land owner donated acres of lake superior waterfront to the city of Marquette for Clark's park a few years back. That park is adjacent to this proposal. . The owner kept this parcel for some development. It fits the zoning but there is aprox 1 acre of wet lands that would need to be mitigated. The property is there to mitigate as per DNR requirements though.
