the back side of the former Bay in Victoria, this was the side that was connected to the parkade, so no exterior heritage was chopped off - just the typical above ground parkade that most cities had attached their Bay.

Finally there’s two more buildings on the lot being completed, one being a 24 storey rental - Great Scaper should have some shots of those.
The theatre in this shot with the glass roof will be slated to be replaced by a mid-rise office tower:
