The Neldberg building shown above is still being utilized by U.P. Health Systems. The rest of the sprawling complex is vacant. The old medical campus was 21 acres. A couple of the vacant lots and surface parking lots are being converted back to single family homes . I'm assuming that Neldberg building will be part of the potential sell. But that is just an assumption on my part.
