Yeah, 1,500 ft is becoming a mark, but at least they would be somewhat spread out. This would be right next to 3 Hudson, and bordering the other towers of similar height, but would stand a head above the rest in a way 30 Hudson can’t, thanks to the extra height. And there’s still the second phase of the railyard to be built, with Gehry, Calatrava, and Stern. When all is said and done, the Hudson Yards might be the greatest collection of modern towers in the City.

And let's not forget the 360 10th Avenue project, which could be a 1,350-1,400 ft tower.
