The larger expansion was scrapped, bc ESDC anticipates Javits not lasting much longer. Sunnyside Yards is the most likely location for the next iteration of Javits.

Thats right and when the Sunnyside Yards mega development does happen not only should it hold the city's premier covention center and a shit ton of new housing, but also coincide with some serious transport investments including that super-express Queens Blvd bypass that was supposed to be built 50 years ago.
