At least SA has good roads. And I personally love the riverwalk. Might even like downtown SA better than Austin's from a destination standpoint. As far as shiny new buildings go. Well. Austin has an unfair advantage over many cities. I love the character and charm though of the Alamo city. Lived there probably 5 years. The new Frost tower in San Antonio turned out nice. Could've been another 10-20 stories but still nice!!
