I mean this is suburban Stoney Creek, surface parking should be expected to a certain extent.
It SHOULD be shielded from the street though. Right now these buildings "front" onto the private driveway and but their sides to the street. It won't be a very attractive development from King. There definitely shouldn't be surface parking between the buildings and the street.
