they start as 800-900sf units so it makes sense. These will likely be 2+den units. an 800sf unit for $500k is $625/ft, which is very, very, very low for a new build condo. It actually shows how this can be a quite affordable way to build.
The density is indeed good here, but it's only 32 units, not massive. Better than nothing I guess.
