I kinda agree with you. Although I am probably nitpicking, I feel 25+30+35 would give this site a better look but this is by far the nicest rendering I’ve seen so far. Blows anything Vranic proposes out of the water. No lego looking precast brick work.
They should’ve been allowed to go taller here.
