As I suspected, a couple of clueless homeowners who will get obliterated at the LPAT and accomplish nothing but delay the project and waste their money. they are self represented, which is pretty much a recipe for immediate dismissal. Their attempts at planning arguments are hilarious for those with planning backgrounds - trying to bring in house values and claiming that an 8 storey building on a major arterial will "dominate the area".
