Weirdly, the El Jebel parking lot development is still very slowly moving forward. Last I saw, they submitted a plan for a 30 story residential building back in January.
Also, it looks like Diamond Hill will demolish the existing 4 office buildings and redevelop that whole property. Here's hoping for some new street alignments, too. Anyone have access to the site development plan or renderings?
