Nothing disappointing about an 800-900 ft tower. You people have got to get it out of your heads that everything built in Manhattan is or needs to be a supertall. There’s no reason why this needs to be a supertall. If it is, then that would be great. But there’s a reason why supertalls aren’t popping up like weeds in every city.
