The bus that passes me is going between transitway station and the LRT so isn't really 'last mile' by any definition. But it has seldom had anyone on it for at least that leg of the trip for the past 15 months.

You do realize that we are the middle of a pandemic and the number of people commuting by any mode of transportation has been drastically reduced. What were those buses like before COVID?
