APD's Parks unit was used to close Rainey down. They since been dissolved back into patrol which is critically short due to almost 200 officers leaving in the last year and another 20 officers leaving per month. I don't think they have the resources to shut it down along with enough manpower to adequately staffing 6th St and the rest of the city.
