We had a great evening meal at Radius last night, and walked by this. Nice to see the progress in person!

Also, the Pheasant Plucker has a large patio on part of the lot to its east. They must have leased part of that, but it would be great for the new proposal to incorporate an alleyway patio or something... hopefully it is discussed between CU and PP. And hopefully the other pubs are able to open their patio spaces soon too, though most are quite small and would probably not be worthwhile financially. The city should just close off that strip of Augusta for now (part of the south side is closed for the construction) and let the pubs put tables on the street, like what was done with King William last summer.
