Agree with both of you, there's a ton of history in that building that I would hate to see get wiped out, and that part of downtown would really benefit from this kind of investment.

It sounds like the Express will try to work with the city, based on their comments about wanting to be in the community for the long haul. I'll definitely be crossing my fingers on this one!
