I don’t really care about why WFH—partial or not—is happening. That’s not up to me, that is up to companies. All I care about is the perspective of a downtown business, restaurant, or office landlord who has relied on certain volumes of workers/foot traffic and patrons in order to plan their budgets. How do they prepare for this new normal? Really no reason why this discussion needs to get you so worked up.
