Horrible location. Horrible intersection to add yet more traffic. Cars turning into the driveway off Rousseaux just, what 30-40m from the intersection while others making that right hand turn off of Wilson is going to cause a log jam. Rear enders galore. I don't see any ingress or egress from Wilson before the lights.
Also, imagine the increased backups on upbound Wilson and Old Ancaster during heaviest traffic hours.
Sad that this is what the Brandon house was sacrificed for.
