I'm having a really difficult time trying to envision where this building is going, especially given the render above with it having 11 windows across.

Is this going to directly abut One American Center? Is it going to wrap around it? I assume the 601 Colorado Ave building isn't going anywhere and also think this building is talking than the parking base on One American.. so is it going to be directly blocking windows? Is there going to be the smallest margin of space in-between?

On another note, I saw construction happening inside of the old Athenian greek restaurant that was in One American earlier this morning. Last year there was a rumor of a Chic-fil-a opening in that spot I believe.. so fingers crossed that's back in action.
