Okay, so twinning 11 on the south side does require taking a few houses out.

I guess we can twin the super-2 between N.B.-11 Exit 119 and N.B.-8 Exit 180 still.
In some sense, I also think it’s good that the bridge isn’t being rehabilitated for now. We should be looking at building a 4-lane bridge anew instead (because the current bridge has no shoulder).
