For whatever reason, Domain 3 seems to hit a definitive "skyline" height, in ways that the rest of the Domain doesn't really quite achieve. Not sure what that exact number in feet is, but it's clearly a milestone.

There is something about buildings that are at least 300' that makes them stand out. That's why I arbitrarily use 300' as my measure of a significant project. Also, before the internet one had to reference Almanacs for the number of skyscrapers in cities around the world. 300' was used as the starting point in all the sources I used to reference that had counts of skyscrapers.
