i used to be ....... a long time ago, a stock boy at that Zellers, crazy that there is a whole basement level under that store . had the same thought when the No Frills closed that they would expand format. But i kind of like the idea now to really amp up the density in favour of residential and push the retail to U Wentworth strip.
