Suggestion, after the subject matter gets off track, allow 4 or 5 more off topic entrees then have one of the bosses post a stop sign, indicating the conversation has to return to it's primary focus. Too bad there isn't a general Philly discussion thread where any further talk could be routed to.

Exactly and thats why im saying a simple creation of an Off topic Philly genereak thread will curb the off topic in most threads, we want to talk about something deeper take it to the offtopic philly thread, and etc.
