Tribune will be on the right side of the picture (behind the Loews Hotel) so it will definitely help with the feng shui, so to speak. We also have 400 LSD in the pipeline as well, which will help the north side of the river.

In addition to that, there are a few prime lots to the immediate north and south of NBC Tower as well (and a lot on Columbus and Grand), so assuming those don't get squandered on some short/underwhelming developments, there's probably a good chance things will balance out. Considering they are among the last developable spots in this part of the central area, I think the cost of the properties will easily justify large developments, as long as the alderman/NIMBYS don't do what they do best.
