The new owners (InterReit) will just put lipstick on the pig. Doing the bare minimum to increase rents is the M.O. If this were an owner occupied building (like the Olympia), it might be a different story. Since people live in the units don't care about the appearance relatively speaking, this lovely beacon on the skyline will radiate 1970s for the time being.
