I believe the windows on Hudsons Bay Centre Tower were replaced around 2002 which is part of why it looks like it's aged so well.
I don't mind the old Bay logo that much (although the particular signage on this tower is looking rough) For me, it's more of a priority that CIBC updates their unattractive logo. The CIBC banner on the top of 2 Bloor West is hideous. I miss the old CIBC logo that was up on the tower until around the millenium. It looked a lot sharper.
