if you're driving by, you should be focusing on the road, not on the fence on the side of the road. it has no affect on anyone really. and even if it did, military installation. that trumps anything else.
it is needed since there were a bunch of people camped out in there, on private property, on a military installation.
can you show me these sources saying it started naturally? it seems really weird that a bog fire was started by nothing when its a known fact homeless people camping in wooded areas cause fires... hmmmmmmmmmmm.
